Do not understand as this plgiun is used.As an admin, I set my screen options. Then I go into Settings=>Template Users and set Editor to be Admin. I log in as Editor and open Screen Options and I am able to over-ride options I set as Admin.

I have been researching your product and heard the following:
“having problems with no users being created into my resellers portal. In the part of the script it returns that the user was created but in fact it has not being created”

Hi i’ve just bought your plugin and I have a few issues
1. subdomain section states .livedrive.com – we need to be able to change this to our domain
2. docs are a bit scant – how do users upgrade accounts
3. Would like to be able to capture more info about the customer eg phone numbers can this be added to wordpress database?
4. Is ther any chance of the busines accounts being added
5. Will you be updating and expanding this in the future

Hello I have seen brought some improvements in the plugin through the Linkedin group Livedrive Resellers, I am very interested in buying the plugin but my progunta is, I can configure it to use my brand? eg server domain “mydomain.com”, that’s the only information we would need to buy it? Hi Stephen,Thank you for taking the time to test the piglun. I think you have highlighted a failure in the intro, documentation or help’. It is not intended to disable the screen options, but rather to default them to however the template user is set (in your case admin).If the editor user already exists, then the administrator will need to click the set all editor users to set the options, dashboard layout etc for existing users. New users who are created or register AFTER the settings have been made, will automatically be given those settings too.In all cases, the screen options will still be available. (This allows more literate users to open up more boxes if they want, while presenting the most simple screen initially.)You did not mention whether your editor user (if set or new ) did have the tailored settings or got the normal wordpress setup?I think I need to make this clearer in the settings (maybe some notes and highlighted links to the and ?IF you have any ideas of how better to explain it maybe choice of words etc (I think I am a bit too verbose sometimes simpler is usually clearer!), I’d appreciate the input.Thank You
